To be healthy you need to intake food on time, quantity and what you take matters a lot. So few health tips and tricks will help you to maintain a good health.
  • Always keep fresh fruits, vegetables and healthy snacks and avoid buying unhealthy food. 
  • Canned fruits & vegetables contain sulphur, sodium and sugar. Wash them before use.
  • Everyday Protein is required to our body! Have some healthy foods which contains protein which are fish, legumes, poultry and tofu.
  • Calcium is required to keep our bones and teeth stronger and healthier. Consume soy milk, cheese, dark green vegetables, nuts, sardines, dried beans which contains calcium.
  • Oats are healthy! It contains antioxidants and unique fatty acids and it is one of the healthy breakfast.
  • Consume Garlic everyday! It keeps you away from heart disease and few types of cancer.
  • Egg whites are low in cholesterol and contains protein. Make a smoothie in the morning.
  • Whole grains contains fiber and protein.
  • Papaya contains fiber, minerals and antioxidants helps in skin treatments.
  • Avocado contains vitamins and potassium, it keeps you fit and healthy.
  • Apples keeps your teeth white and low in calorie.
  • Aloe Vera juice is a good medicine to treat acidity.
  • Do not skip your meals.
  • Do some simple stretching exercise or yoga.
  • Drink lots of water and get good sleep.
